Return and refund policy

1. General Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • EU Orders: This commercial period extends the minimum legal 14-day right of withdrawal.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Return Shipping Costs: In accordance with Article 108.1 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer and are non-refundable for standard returns.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

2. Shipping & Delivery Commitment

Delivery times may vary depending on the logistics provider and customs clearance. However, we guarantee that the total time including both order preparation and shipping will not exceed 15 business days. If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact us.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. In these cases, we will cover all return-related costs, including shipping, regardless of the destination country.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Personal care/hygiene products (cosmetics/beauty items) if unsealed.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

5. European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For goods shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days for any reason. The refund will include the product price and original standard shipping costs. Additional costs from express or non-standard shipping methods chosen by the customer are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.

  • Delays: If more than 14 days have passed since approval and you haven't received the refund, please contact contact@koraliaa.com.
